Buyer Financing Financing provided to a buyer (or importer) to facilitate their purchase of goods or services from a supplier (or exporter). The financing is arranged directly with the buyer and does not normally involve their supplier. IRC in conjunction with its bank partners can arrange buyer financing for either short-term or medium-term transactions. IRC offers solutions supported by the Export-Import Import of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) for products that qualify, or private sector funding solutions for products that do not meet Ex-Im Bank’s U.S. content guidelines. Supplier Financing Financing provided to a buyer (or importer) to facilitate their purchase of goods or services from a supplier (or exporter). The financing is arranged by the supplier for the benefit of their buyer(s). Receivable Purchase/Discounting Finance Is the selling of open account receivables by a vendor to a bank or finance company as a means of obtaining financing. Receivables can be purchased on a single-buyer or multi-buyer (portfolio) basis. The receivable purchase facility is arranged with the vendor. IRC in conjunction with our bank partners can assist in the development of receivable purchase or discounting program. The program can be for either short-term or medium-term transactions. We offer solutions supported by the Export-Import Import of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) for products that qualify, or private sector funding solutions for products that do not meet Ex-Im Bank’s U.S. content guidelines. The facilities can be structured as factoring arrangement or as supplier credits that are transparent to the buyers. |
